No, we work with several attorneys and law firms across the US that specialize in Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Business Succession Planning.   We conduct a thorough vetting process with attorneys, prior to working with them to ensure our clients are taken care of with the utmost skill and knowledge an attorney can provide.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS

Depending on what services you need, we offer a free consultation and sometimes offer multiple consultations.  Then we customize a plan specifically for you.  After we customize your plan, we coordinate with the Attorney or CPA to review your plan to ensure the plan works best for you.  Once the Attorney or CPA has signed off on the plan, we then present the plan to you and execute the plan.
